Charlie came back to do the work in 2 weeks of me accepting his quote, didn't take him long to fix it. He came and removed some old guttering (about 3.5m), fired up a new deep flow because the old one wasn't great and coming off the wall, put a waterproof felt like lining under the tiles onto the fascia to stop water absorbing back up. Filled in some missing cement work around the chimney, put up a fascia and gutter piece with end cap (about 30cm) on another low roof part and took away all the debris in less than 2hours. I look forward to the heavy rain now and not be troubled by wet marks on the ceilings and walls.
